Afternoon Tea lovers simply have to pay a visit to The Langham,Hong Kong from 23 May until 29 May for a legendary Afternoon Tea experience. 

During this week, award winning Pastry Chef, Cherish Finden from The Langham,London, will be taking over the pastry kitchens in Palm Court.  Renowned for creating delicate and breathtaking pastries, Cherish’s teas have garnered her world fame and just last year she led The Langham, London pastry team to win the much coveted Tea Guild's “Top London Afternoon Tea 2010” award; often referred to as the OSCAR of the tea world. 

Recently Cherish has made several TV appearances including her role on the judging panel for the final of BBC MasterChef UK The Professionals 2010 and a mentor on MasterChef Australia 2010.
