Rejuvenate In Style At The Nam Hai, Vietnam

The Nam Hai

The Nam Hai is one of Vietnam's leading resorts and is the ultimate retreat for guests looking to ease themselves into a healthy start to the year. Not only does the hotel serve the finest and freshest foods from their own private organic farm but it also plays host to a fabulous spa and to an unparalleled location. The hotel's dedicated organic farm and spa enable guests to leave behind everyday stresses and embrace a healthier lifestyle in one of Vietnam's most memorable settings.

The spa is proud to use Ila and VOYA products - both wholly organic brands made from the finest natural plant and mineral ingredients and this year, The Nam Hai is introducing a number of treatments that cater to every guests' including a brand new VOYA seaweed facial, a Babymooner package and their celebrated Rejuvenate in Style package.

To kick start the year, guests are invited to revitalise and reboot the mind, body and soul with the indulgent three night organic getaway, Rejuvenate in Style. Guests are pampered in the floating pavilions and have a daily choice of a 60-minute wellness retreat of a Voya Organic Illuminating Facial, a Balinese / Thai / Vietnamese Massage or a private yoga session.

For those that are expecting, the Blissful Babymoon package will pamper and rejuvenate parents-to-be ahead of the little one's arrival. This special offer includes rejuvenating spa treatments for the expectant couple, a three-course set dinner, daily private pre-natal yoga session and a photography session during your stay.

Lastly, feel young with the hand-harvested seaweed from the West of Ireland that will start doing wonders to the faces of guests at The Nam Hai as they have recently introduced the new VOYA Seaweed Facial. It is available in 60-minute and 90-minute treatments, as well as a 45-minute eye treatment. Certified organic, and cultivated for hundreds of years, the seaweed grows on the shores of the North Atlantic in County Sligo, one of the most remote parts of Ireland. The wild, seaside crop contains countless minerals, vitamins and beneficial ingredients in high concentrations, leveraging the full power of nature for skincare in its purest form. Uniquely, no other known plant has a comparable quantity of minerals and vitamins.  The high mineral content of seaweed is a powerful catalyst for skin renewal.

Not complete without a little bit of gentle exercise, compliment the organic pampering with a leisurely game of tennis on the hotel's tranquil outdoor tennis court or a refreshing swim in one of the three-tiered swimming pools looking out to sea. If gymming is your thing, the beautifully slick sunlit Fitness Club – complete with the latest gadgets and equipment – has even the most exercise-phobic guests kick-starting an exercise routine.  Or make the most of complimentary early morning outdoor yoga classes overlooking the East Sea or in private in-villa sessions led by The Nam Hai's very own yogi – it'll be the most memorable yoga class you ever do.

And finally, reward all the effort with locally, organic grown produce, straight from the hotel's farm garden... enjoy fresh and fragrant organic Vietnamese cuisine in the Nam Hai's elegant restaurant and Al Fresco beach dining. Using ingredients from their own Organic Farm the eateries boast the finest gourmet dishes and exotic cocktails. In addition, the cookery classes on offer will teach guests about Vietnamese cooking traditions and techniques whilst making the most of the exquisite local produce.

The Nam Hai – modelled on the garden homes of Old Hue – transports guests away from stresses and tensions to a place of utter relaxation, ensuring visitors return home refreshed from head to toe.

Guests can stay at The Nam Hai with the Rejuvenate in Style package from £557 per night.  Offer valid for stays from now until 22 December 2015. Conditions apply.
