• Wok-fried minced lamb and preserved sausage served with shredded lettuce – a seasonal dish to keep you warm in winter. 
• Crispy chicken with orange peels and goose liver – Chef combines western and Chinese ingredients.  The taste is sophisticated and impressive.
• Fried prawns and crispy scallops with lily bulbs and truffles – when the deep-fried golden prawns match the crispy scallops, it symbolizes the start of an auspicious year.
• Double-boiled yogurt with conpoy and seafood – a classic Cantonese cuisine adopting conpoy, egg white and milk.   A delightful taste to balance your taste buds.

Chinese New Year menu specialties are on offer from 1st February to 5th March inclusive.
