The European, Japanese and Chinese specialities include a magnificent spread of premium sashimi and seafood on ice, pan-fried foie gras, plus traditional carved turkey and indulgent desserts. Italian Chef Matteo will also present a special selection from his home country, including chorizo sausage and cheeses.
