The awards are among the most coveted accolades in the travel industry as they recognise the quality of service that travel companies offer their customers, bringing together leading professionals within the travel industry and recognising excellence of service and product.

The British Travel Awards reflect the opinions of UK consumers and the results are based solely on the number of votes cast for each business. The entire voting process is independently verified by Deloitte, one of the world's leading accountancy practitioners.
