TONI LAUNCHES STYLISH NEW TONI & GUY SALON AT WALDORF ASTORIA RAS AL KHAIMAH

The legendary Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah has today seen the ribbon cutting ceremony and launch of the lavish and fashionable Toni & Guy salon.  With a rare appearance from Toni Mascolo on his first visit to the UAE, the launch saw some familiar faces from around the UAE.  

 

Toni & Guy is a global hairdressing and training business founded in London, England in 1963 by brothers Giuseppe (Toni) and Gaetano (Guy) Mascolo. They were later joined by younger brothers Bruno and Anthony Mascolo. There are more than 400 salons in the organization and it has won 55 British Hairdressing Awards in 13 categories including British Hairdresser of the Year three times, Best British Artistic Team a record 11 times, Newcomer and Southern Hairdresser seven times each, London Hairdresser six times, Men's and Wales & South West Hairdresser five times each. Toni Mascolo's daughter Sacha won the title Newcomer of the Year at 19 years of age in 1991, the youngest person even to win this award and went on to win London Hairdresser of the Year 1999 as well as being nominated twice for British Hairdresser of the Year. Sacha is Global Creative Director and her husband James Tarbuck is Global Brand Director.

 

A full-trained female-only team from the United Kingdom are prepared to change the face of hairdressing in Ras Al Khaimah.  Toni & Guy's legendary award-winning teaching programme is unique and their International Artistic Team guides students through their extensive range of training courses with the highest standards of teaching sets the stylists apart from others.  Known for its cat walk style haircuts Toni & Guy are also prevalent at London Fashion Week.
