WHAT: 'Vodka & Oysters, A Cause to Celebrate,' a weekly series with live music, presented by Two E and Finlandia Vodka benefitting NY/NJ Baykeeper's New York Harbor restoration efforts by replanting oysters into the harbor, as oysters naturally clean and filter water:

• For every dollar donated, five oysters will be replanted; Finlandia donates one percent of its US profits to local clean water projects
• In an effort to increase Finlandia's philanthropic efforts, Two E will be offering a special Finlandia Vodka & oysters menu which includes $2 Beau Soleil oysters, $5 Oyster Shooters, a $10 Bloody Mary and a $10 "Crystal Clear" Martini

WHEN: The 'Vodka & Oysters, A Cause to Celebrate' series launches on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. with a "kick off" party by Finlandia representatives, on-hand to answer harbor restoration and vodka/oyster pairing questions. The series will continue every Tuesday in tandem with Two E's Live Jazz performances.

WHY: One oyster can filter 50 gallons of water a day and for every dollar donated, five oysters can be replanted to help in Baykeeper's efforts to repopulate the New York and New Jersey bays with oysters creating a sustainable habitat in order to monitor and improve the health of the estuary's eco-system.
