It's time to reveal the best hotels, resorts, cruises, spas, destinations and more in the region for 2026.

This year turned up multiple repeat winners—industry stalwarts who have never been out of the top rankings in their category. In Singapore particularly, luxury travel seems to have become its own art form. But there were also new faces. We saw new properties across the region go straight to the top spots, a reminder of how spoiled we are to live in this hospitality-driven part of the world.

Based on readers' travels and insights, the following rankings tally the best in the biz across Asia-Pacific, the names that make our region the global benchmark for outstanding, imaginative and immersive luxury hospitality.

The Icon Award 2026

Travel+Leisure Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macau names winners of the Luxury Awards Asia-Pacific based on the results of a readers' survey. The category types and whether winners are placed in top-10 or top-five lists vary by country to account for the different sizes and strengths of the industries in different places. There's no pay to play. Nominees were selected by the T+L Southeast Asia team of editors and expert contributors across the region, and voting was open to anyone anywhere in the world from January 2026 through April 2026. A nomination section offered voters the chance to submit for consideration any worthy ideas not on the original ballot; inclusion on the ballot afterwards was subject to review by the T+L Southeast Asia team. The Icon Award was selected by the editors.
