Race‑cations are on the rise, as travellers increasingly combine sport, wellbeing and travel - they represent a smart way to shift demand into shoulder seasons while offering meaningful, experience‑led breaks.

With this in mind, we are pleased to invite you to join us on the TUI Rhodes Marathon press trip, taking place from April 24th to April 28th, 2026.

On Sunday, April 26th, you'll have the opportunity to run the distance of your choice (marathon, half‑marathon, 10km or 5km) while also experiencing Rhodes as a spring destination. From Friday, April 24th, guests are invited to discover the island, explore the wider appeal of travelling outside peak season, and take part in a dedicated media briefing with a TUI representative.

The trip offers a chance to see first‑hand how event‑led travel can drive demand beyond the summer months, combining sport, culture and destination storytelling.
