This National Cocktail Day, DOLLY at Le Méridien Melbourne presents Liquid Postcards from France, a limited cocktail menu available from Tuesday, 24 March to Saturday, 28 March 2026.

Created as a series of after-dark scenes, the six-cocktail collection is inspired by some of France's most evocative settings: early evening in Bordeaux, harbour nights in Saint-Tropez, après-ski in the Alps, and Paris at midnight. Each cocktail is shaped by a distinct place and moment, with a short postcard-style vignette that brings the setting to life.

The result feels less like a standard cocktail list and more like a small travel journal, one designed for DOLLY's world of underground glamour, French bistro spirit and nights that unfold slowly.

Highlights include the Lillet Spritz, a nod to the first pour of the evening in Bordeaux, Coastal Drift, all sea air and Riviera ease, and Alpine Bloom, inspired by the ritual of après-ski in Chamonix. From Paris comes Le Boulevard Noir, shaped by the city's late-night glamour, and a French Martini that follows the Seine as dinner carries on.

Each cocktail is served with a recommended pairing from DOLLY's dinner menu, encouraging guests to follow the natural arc of the night from apéritif through to a final round. More than a limited drinks offering, Liquid Postcards from France is designed as a transportive dining experience, drawing on the small rituals that define the long French night: the first drink that opens the table, the second that arrives between plates, the last that appears when nobody is quite ready to leave.

Available for five nights only, the menu offers a timely reason to return to DOLLY for National Cocktail Day, whether for an early drink, dinner, or a late-night supper.
