Maximum Occupancy New Zealand 2026 has concluded in Auckland after a sold-out event that brought together hundreds of leaders from across the country's accommodation and tourism sector, with many delegates describing it as “the best hotel conference ever held in New Zealand.”
Held at the Grand Millennium Auckland on 4 March 2026, the one-day conference attracted hotel owners, general managers, holiday park operators, hostels, motel owners, tourism leaders and technology providers from across the country. The event delivered a packed agenda focused on the trends, strategies and technologies shaping the future of the accommodation industry.
Organised by Fastrack Digital, Maximum Occupancy has become the leading hotel and accommodation industry conference across Australia and New Zealand, designed by industry leaders to provide practical insights that help accommodation businesses increase revenue, direct bookings and long-term occupancy.
According to conference organiser Adrian Caruso, the overwhelming response from delegates highlighted the growing importance of the event for the sector.
