The property will become Minor Hotels' second hotel in Laos, joining Avani+ Luang Prabang in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Luang Prabang, further reinforcing the group's presence in one of Southeast Asia's most culturally rich and increasingly dynamic destinations.

Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane will feature 197 rooms across a range of categories, from Deluxe Rooms to Suites and a spacious Presidential Suite. Four Venues, One Connected Social Scene  

The hotel's dining and social offering will be a defining feature of the guest experience, anchored by four distinct dining venues. Mekong Mosaic will operate as the all-day dining restaurant, serving international cuisine with an extensive buffet and live cooking stations and both indoor and outdoor seating. Sabaidee Social will bring an easygoing, bar-led atmosphere to the ground floor with direct access from the street, welcoming both in-house guests and locals. The Pantry will provide a relaxed café and deli concept for coffee, casual bites, and informal meetings. For a more elevated occasion, Salongxay will offer fine dining, supported by two private dining rooms for small-group celebrations and hosted experiences. 

Wellness Reset 

The hotel will feature AvaniSpa on the mezzanine floor, with three single treatment rooms and two couples treatment rooms, alongside a dedicated relaxation lounge. AvaniFit will also be located on the mezzanine, with a spacious gym, a body and mind studio and well-appointed changing facilities. On the ground floor, an outdoor swimming pool offers an easy reset for guests throughout the day. 

Meetings and Events 

Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane will feature the Lanexang Hall ballroom, accommodating up to 320 guests and divisible into two function rooms, supported by a dedicated bridal and VIP room. A selection of additional meeting rooms and an outdoor lawn for up to 100 guests provide further flexibility for corporate gatherings, private events and weddings.
