Wednesday 12 November 2025: Luxury Escapes, one of the world's fastest growing luxury travel companies, has opened its second retail experience in Sydney, two years after it opened its first store in Melbourne's Chadstone Shopping Centre.

The company secured prime retail space at Westfield Bondi in Sydney, and industrial designer George Berry Studio led the multi-million-dollar transformation into a luxury holiday shopping haven.

Luxury Escapes Co-Founder and CEO Adam Schwab said the success of the Melbourne concept store inspired Luxury Escapes to expand its retail footprint to Sydney and potentially other states.

“The Chadstone store has been a phenomenal success – within two years becoming one of the world's highest grossing travel stores by creating an inspiring experience before customers even take off on their holiday.”

The Westfield Bondi store feels more like a premium airline lounge than a retail store. From the moment customers step inside, their Luxury Escape begins”.

He added, “We know it bucks the typical online-only trend, but a recent Luxury Escapes survey found that while 80% of travellers book online, 15% prefer to book in person and 5% over the phone. Our goal is to offer the best of both worlds: the ease and convenience of digital and the magic of real person expertise and experience.”

To celebrate the landmark opening, Luxury Escapes gave away dozens of travel vouchers and prizes, including domestic and international holiday accommodation packages worth more than $100,000 to destinations including Bali, Vietnam, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Hawaii, Thailand and The Cook Islands as part of opening day celebrations.

It's the biggest giveaway in its 13-year history and will be followed by a week of exclusive in-store offers.

The huge Bondi store will have fifteen full-time consultants with global experience offering the best face-to-face packages and advice.

The Westfield Bondi store will host exclusive instore experiences inspired by some of the most popular Luxury Escapes destinations including Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, the Maldives and the best of Australia.
