IMM Australia 2026, Sponsored by the European Travel Commission, Delivers Strong Media Engagement and Industry Momentum
Sydney, Australia - 27 February 2026 TravMedia's IMM (International Media Marketplace) Australia returned to Sydney on 27 February 2026, marking another strong year of connection, conversation and collaboration between the travel industry and media. Sponsored by the European Travel Commission, IMM Australia 2026 brought together 500 delegates for a full day of high-value, prescheduled meetings.
220 leading Australian and New Zealand travel media met with over 170 travel and tourism brands, represented by industry leaders and PR professionals. Throughout the day, delegates participated in almost 4000 prescheduled one-on-one meetings that generated meaningful conversations, fresh story angles and tangible storytelling outcomes.
IMM Australia 2026 showcased a dynamic mix of exhibitors from across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia and the Americas, including tourism boards, hotel groups, cruise lines, attractions and destination partners, reflecting the depth and diversity of global travel experiences available to the local media market.

"IMM Australia continues to be a cornerstone event for the travel media and communications community," said Nick Wayland, Founder and CEO of TravMedia. "The strength of engagement we see each year reflects the value of bringing media and brands together in a focused, purposeful environment. We are grateful to our partners and sponsors for their continued support and commitment to the event."
