Casa Angelina

The Amalfi Coast's most captivating boutique hotel welcomes the 2026 season with reinvigorated guest programs that uniquely and authentically showcase the beauty and heritage of the destination

A true 'house hotel', 36-room Casa Angelina welcomes travellers back this Spring with a refreshed programme of experiences shaped by local culture, sustainability and slow travel. Located in Praiano, 10 minutes from the busier neighbouring Positano, this boutique hotel is a world away from the crowds and glitz, a calm, design-forward base from which to explore the real Amalfi Coast. This season, the focus is on experiences that connect travellers with Praiano's traditions, crafts and natural surroundings.

New experiences, immersed in the Amalfi Coast's culture and traditions for 2026:

  • Ancient Lantern Fishing - head out after dark on a traditional lampare boat alongside local fishermen, before returning the following day for a relaxed cooking session with Executive Chef Roland Lamprecht using your catch.
  • Bobbin lacemaking workshops - Hosted by a local artisan, these small-group sessions introduce the intricate lacemaking tradition long associated with the Campania coastline
  • Tammurriata dance classes - discover the passionate rhythm and symbolism of this Southern Italian folk dance through an informal and exhilarating lesson
  • Paper & Memory - In partnership with regional papermakers, this experience explores Amalfi's historic handmade paper craft, concluding with the creation of a personalised piece to take home.
  • Multi-generational experiences - A flexible collection of activities including private boat trips, guided walks, culinary workshops, art sessions and foraging experiences, designed with families and groups in mind.

Much loved activities continue

Alongside these launches, Casa Angelina's existing programming remains central to the guest experience. Sustainability initiatives include a Green Concierge service, zero-waste aperitivo moments and garden-to-glass cocktail sessions using ingredients grown on property.

The hotel's organic garden, now covering more than 1,500 square metres, continues to inform its culinary direction and supports longer-term biodynamic ambitions.

Dining is led by Chef Leopoldo Elefante at Michelin-starred Un Piano nel Cielo, where menus highlight seasonal produce and regional ingredients through a five-course tasting format, alongside an evolving wine selection.

Elsewhere, guests can access a range of signature experiences including coastal boat excursions, squid fishing trips, wellness rituals, art classes, classic car drives, beach club access and local wine tastings.

Season dates

Casa Angelina will be open from 28th of March to the 1st of November 2026.
