London, Feb 2026 – Carbis Bay Estate is excited to announce the launch of their new spa offering 'Restorative Retreats: The Seasonal Collection', a series of seasonal wellbeing experiences hosted at the estate's award winning C Bay Spa.
Held four times a year, the seasonal retreats reflect the natural cycle of the year with four distinct themes: Unfurl in spring, Bloom in summer, Gather in autumn and Recharge in winter.
Curated and led by wellness specialists from Bay Wellness, the retreats blend thoughtful guided wellness practices, nourishing seasonal cuisine and personalised therapeutic support in a tranquil and luxurious coastal setting. Guests can take part in gentle movement sessions that encourage alignment and breath-led relaxation, alongside mindful practices that support seasonal renewal. Throughout the stay there is unstructured time to rest, reflect or explore the stunning surroundings at a pace that suits everyone.
THE UNFURL: REVIVE & THRIVE 17-19 April
The Unfurl is the spring edition of Carbis Bay Estate's 'Restorative Retreats: The Seasonal Collection', designed to gently reawaken the body, mind and senses after the winter stillness and embrace the changing season.
THE BLOOM: FLOURISH & FLOW 20-23 June
Summer brings 'The Bloom', inviting guests to connect with their natural vitality in a warm and energising setting. Bloom celebrates summer's vibrancy and warmth with practices that support renewal, ease and wellbeing in harmony with nature's peak season.
THE GATHER: NOURISH & NURTURE 25-28 September
A time to slow down and gather, building energy, releasing what no longer serves, finding equilibrium before winter's rest. The Gather invites guests to reflect, release, harvest and nourish. Supported by practices that focus on digestion, seasonal resilience, grounding, nature immersion and replenishing the body before the stillness of winter.
THE RECHARGE: RESET &RENEW 21-24 Jan 2027
'Recharge' is a gentle pause to turn inward and restore the body and mind, integrate the year that's been, and create space for what's to come. The Recharge invites guests to step back from the noise, rest deeply, and replenish their inner reserves. Supported by practices that concentrate on restorative movement, nourishment, meditation, and deep relaxation.
Each retreat offers a carefully curated approach to wellbeing that can be enjoyed on its own or as part of the full seasonal journey. Participants can expect movement and breathwork, mindful practices and opportunities to slow down, connect to self and rediscover a sense of calm in a beautiful coastal setting.
