Cincy Appoints Click Travel Marketing & PR to Lead UK PR

Cincy, the unified destination marketing organisation representing both Visit Cincy and Meet NKY, and promoting the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region internationally, has appointed Click Travel Marketing & PR Ltd to lead its public relations activity in the United Kingdom.

With immediate effect, Click Travel Marketing & PR Ltd will develop and deliver a robust UK consumer and travel trade communications strategy designed to significantly increase awareness of the Cincy as a culturally rich, art-forward and highly accessible American destination. The appointment will focus on positioning the region, where North meets South and Ohio meets Kentucky, as one of the most compelling US city break destinations for UK travellers to discover.

The appointment comes at an exciting time for the region, as connectivity between the UK and the Cincy Region continues to strengthen. British Airways operates a direct service from London Heathrow to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and, from March 2026, will increase the route to six flights per week. The introduction of a larger Boeing 777 aircraft will also deliver a capacity increase of up to 60 percent, making the region more accessible than ever for UK travellers.

The UK PR programme will bring the Cincy Region's Art-itude to life through creative, culture-led storytelling that reflects a place where creativity is a way of life. Activity will span traditional and contemporary arts alongside food, sport, bourbon craftsmanship and large-scale creative spectacles such as BLINK, the nation's largest light, art and projection mapping festival.

Offering a senior-level-only approach, Jo White, Founder of Click Travel Marketing & PR Ltd, will lead the account alongside PR Director Cass Helstrip. Together, they bring more than 40 years' experience promoting North American destinations in the UK market, with a strong track record in repositioning cities through culture-led storytelling. Click's Creative Director Chris White will provide creative and storytelling guidance, supporting campaign strategy and narrative development.
