An Exquisite Encounter Where Art and Wine Converge
Introducing the first-ever Fukuoka edition of its collaboration with “artwine.tokyo,” the acclaimed Tokyo-based art workshop concept. This special program invites guests to recreate iconic masterpieces and original subjects curated by the brand, under the guidance of instructors with fine arts backgrounds. Over the course of a 120-minute session, participants can immerse themselves in the creative process while painting works inspired by artists such as Van Gogh and Monet. Complementing the artistic journey, a dedicated sommelier presents wines selected to pair with the stories, settings, and emotions behind each artwork. The experience offers a meditative, mindfulness-like escape as guests spend time before the canvas—an encounter where art and wine resonate in perfect harmony. All materials, including canvases and aprons, are provided, allowing guests to join empty-handed.

Celebrating the Flavors of Kyushu
Following the art workshop, guests are invited to indulge in an elegant dinner course crafted by our Michelin-starred chefMichelin-starred chef, featuring the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from across Kyushu.
The evening opens with Yame gyokuro paired with sweetfish sauce and persimmon vinegar, followed by a buckwheat crêpe of sea eel, caviar, and fennel mousse. Fukuoka yellowtail with root vegetables and squid-ink tomato sauce precedes our signature truffle-scented “Mushrooms Quartet.” Guests may choose Mirai Salmon with shiitake risotto or Australian lamb with seasonal vegetables, before concluding with Amaou strawberries, basil, coconut blancmange, and calamansi.
