Explore Tualatin Valley Welcomes Dylan Welles to Sales & Services Team as Destination Representative
BEAVERTON, Ore. (February 4, 2026) — Dylan Welles has joined Explore Tualatin Valley as a destination representative, serving on ETV's sales and services team.
Welles brings more than six years of experience with NW Event Management Group Inc., where he most recently served as general manager, overseeing operations and sales for NW Events & Environments, NW Events Rentals, NW Catering and The Venetian Hillsboro.
In his new role, Welles will support sales efforts to attract meetings, events, and group business to Tualatin Valley. He has a broad background in special and corporate event planning, marketing and venue management, which provides valuable insight into the needs of meeting planners and hospitality professionals alike.
“I'm excited to join Explore Tualatin Valley and put my background to work supporting planners and partners,” said Welles. “This region offers incredible spaces and experiences, so I'm looking forward to helping bring more meetings and events here.”

He studied digital media production at Kent State University's school of Mass Communication and Journalism before transferring to Pacific University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in film and video production with a minor in outdoor leadership. He also studied abroad at Kansai Gaidai University in Japan.
