This Valentine's Day, nhow London hotel in Shoreditch is re-writing the rulebook on romance with the launch of Unapologetically Romantic: A 3-Act Cocktail Love Affair, a limited-edition cocktail tasting flight designed to celebrate love in all its forms.

Available from 13-15 February 2026 at the hotel's seductively decorated neon-lit bar, the three-cocktail experience takes guests on a progressive journey through flavour, strength and mood, with each serve intentionally bolder and more indulgent than the last to reflect the emotional arc of falling into love, friendship and confidence.

The opening cocktail, Lick Me, pairs vodka with blue curaçao, fresh lime and pineapple juice for a drink that is bright, playful and lightly flirtatious, with a burst of tropical energy.

Next comes Bare Desire, blending pink gin with Cointreau, Tempranillo rosé, fresh lime and a touch of grenadine and lemonade to create a smooth, fruity cocktail that balances sweetness with depth for a drink that is layered, expressive and confident.

The final act, Still Want More, is a whisky-based serve combining Benedictine, sugar cubes and aromatic bitters, finished with cinnamon, orange peel, rose-gold dust and a splash of grenadine to create a flavour that is rich, warming and deeply satisfying.

Unapologetically Romantic: A 3-Act Cocktail Love Affair, is available at nhow London from 13-15 February 2026 and priced from £35 per person.

Known for its London Reloaded style, with a Big Ben rocket in the lobby, Notting Hill-inspired bedroom doors, graffiti portraits of monarchs, and bowler-hat lampshades, nhow London offers the perfect playful setting for a Valentine's escape in the heart of East London. Rooms start from £219 per night over Valentine's Weekend (https://www.nhow-hotels.com/en/nhow-london).
