Le Meridien Melbourne, one of the CBD's most celebrated 5-star hotels, has unveiled the ultimate Euro-inspired summer staycation destination, celebrating the season with a luxury accommodation experience and the chance to be one of the first in Australia to enjoy its iconic rooftop deck, Le Splash, when it opens to the public for the first time as a a sky high, open air poolside bar destined to be the place to unwind and let loose this summer.

Set on Level 12, the top floor of the hotel, Le Meridien's Palace Suite is the property's  presidential suite, quietly commanding one of the most enviable vantage points in the CBD. The two bedroom suite is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that run the full width of the apartment, the outlook stretching from the historic rooftops of Parliament House to the hotel's show-stopping pool deck and the high-rises that define Melbourne's cityscape. As well as a full kitchen, dining room and lounge, the suite contains luxurious little touches that bring mid-century glamour to the experience — think crafted signature cocktails ready to pour and sip, classic records and a vintage-inspired record player to groove away into the evening.

Then the showstopping moment of the summer takes flight. Make your way to Le Splash rooftop where the stunning pool deck, refurbished just in time for summer 2025 awaits. Alongside the pool — heated to a pleasant 28º year round — is the newly refurbished bar area, where mixologists are ready to deliver signature summer spritzes, cocktails and their signature Rosé menu to your poolside seating.
