Taking place for just two evenings on 17th – 18th January 2026, this limited engagement marks one of the most anticipated culinary moments on Koh Samui in 2026.

Renowned as one of Europe's most respected contemporary chefs, Stefan Heilemann has led Widder Restaurant to international acclaim, earning and retaining two Michelin stars for its refined, modern cuisine. His culinary philosophy is defined by precision, elegance, and a distinctive ability to bridge classical foundations with modern techniques - shaped by global influences while remaining grounded in balance and restraint. Under his leadership, Widder Restaurant has become a benchmark for sophisticated dining in Switzerland, celebrated for both its culinary artistry and warm, intuitive hospitality.

For this rare collaboration, Chef Heilemann brings his culinary philosophy to Sa-Nga, joining forces with Sa-Nga's resident chef, Chef Yai, for a refined four-hands dining experience. Together, they present a bespoke seven-course tasting menu, created exclusively for these two evenings, that harmoniously complements Sa-Nga's elevated interpretation of Thai cuisine. Guests can expect a thoughtfully composed dining journey highlighting premium ingredients, meticulous technique, and nuanced flavour combinations, expressed with clarity and balance.

Dinner begins at 18:00 hrs., with service continuing until 22:30 hrs. The experience is priced at THB 3,500++ per person, inclusive of premium mineral water, with an optional wine pairing available at THB 2,200++ per person. Seating is strictly limited to 18 guests per evening, ensuring an intimate and immersive atmosphere within the serene surroundings of Centara Reserve Samui.
