Warren Ralls is the Managing Director of the British Business Bank (UK Network), where he leads the national team responsible for engaging with external stakeholders and providing strategic insights across the UK's regions. Since joining the British Business Bank in 2019 as a Director within the UK Network, Warren has overseen operations across the East of England and the South, driving initiatives that support business growth and regional economic development. 

Prior to his tenure at the British Business Bank, Warren served as Director of the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) Network, collaborating closely with all 38 LEP Chairs and their CEOs to strengthen regional enterprise ecosystems. His earlier leadership roles include Director at the Regional Development Agency for the South East of England and Deputy Chief Executive at Business Link Surrey, where he developed a deep expertise in supporting businesses, promoting regional growth, and shaping national business strategy.
