An impressive marble 10-metre bar is a feature of the interior design and near the entrance, a dedicated 'food cube' allows the team to pick fresh herbs and edible leaves daily. The name is deeply personal - a tribute to Scott's grandmother Pearl and an acknowledgement of the community of growers, fishermen and suppliers which come together to create this very special venue.
