Spend seven nights exploring the flavours, culture and beauty of the Dalmatian coast on a new small ship cruise with Sail Croatia. From olive oil tastings to traditional Dalmatian dinners paired with local wines, the new itinerary is packed full of flavours and tasting experiences.
Along the Dalmatian coast, seafood is a significant part of its cuisine. Dishes such as grilled fish, octopus salad, and black risotto are popular menu choices! Meanwhile, those who prefer meat-based dishes should try Cevapi, a type of grilled minced meat shaped by hand, which is a popular street food in Croatia. Cheese lovers will also be in their element with several popular varieties appearing on menus across the region.
The cruise is packed with culinary experiences from experiencing Split's foodie scene on a walk and taste tour, enjoying a traditional 'Peka' dinner on the UNESCO protected Stari Grad Plain, and sampling Korčula's local wines, paired with freshly shucked oysters from the nearby Pelješac Peninsula.
Accommodation is on board the elegant Queen Jelena, one of the most luxurious ships in the Sail Croatia fleet, accommodating up to 38 guests. With an interior renovation planned ahead of the summer season, she will offer a modern take on traditional Croatian design.
When not enjoying local delicacies, there are plenty of opportunities to swim directly from the ship, unwind in your private air-conditioned cabin and explore a new picturesque town each day.
The Taste of Croatia cruises depart from Split to Dubrovnik on 26 July and 16th August 2026 and from Dubrovnik to Split on 2 August 2026. The trip costs from £2,189pp for the seven night cruise including daily breakfast and lunch, wine and oyster pairing, Walk and Taste Tour in Split, traditional Peka dinner and wine tasting in Stari Grad, olive oil tasting, plus Taste of the Adriatic evening meal onboard.
Prices are based on two sharing and correct at the time of issue. Flights are not included.
