This festive season, The Other House South Kensington invites residents, members, and locals alike to celebrate in true Other House style, with a line-up of exclusive events, creative collaborations, and seasonal experiences designed to inspire connection, community, and celebration.
From the return of the much-loved Debonnaire Christmas Market to a special partnership with the Royal Albert Hall, this December promises to be a time of magic, meaning, and a little mischief at The Other House.
- A New Year of Partnership with the Royal Albert Hall
The Other House is delighted to announce a renewed partnership with the iconic Royal Albert Hall, as one of its only three local hotel partners.
This collaboration will see The Other House offering seasonal packages including tickets to highlights such as the Hall's Christmas Carols concert. In addition, members of The Club at The Other House (to which all residents receive complimentary membership during their stay) can enjoy extraordinary experiences, including access to the Hall's historic archives, spanning everything from Suffragette rallies to performances by Lady Gaga.
- The Debonnaire x The Other House Christmas Market
From 11–13 November, The Keeping Room in The Club at The Other House will transform into a festive wonderland for the Debonnaire x The Other House Christmas Market.
Curated by Countess Debonnaire von Bismarck, the market features a handpicked mix of luxury brands including Philippa 1970, Iacobella, Parioca, Mairead Lewin Vintage, and Debonnaire's own collection.
Shoppers can enjoy live embroidery and hot-stamping services, perfect for personalised gifts, plus late-night shopping sessions and festive breakfasts. Previous editions have welcomed guests such as Demi Moore, and this year's market promises to be an unmissable start to the Christmas season.
- How to Shop Consciously for Christmas with NIFT
On 20 November, The Other House and Need It For Tonight (NIFT) will host “How to Shop Consciously for Christmas”, a dynamic evening of live styling, gifting demonstrations, and interactive sessions with celebrity stylist Marion Perles, known for her work with Prada and Gucci.
The event will explore mindful gifting principles, buying for longevity, meaning, and awareness, and feature style advice, vintage fashion, jewellery engraving, and beauty stations. Tickets are open to the public and Club members.
- Christmas Activities at The Other House
Throughout December, The Other House will host a series of family-friendly and festive experiences. The Library, featuring a collection of upcycled period books and art, will be transformed into a magical grotto with an alpine feel, complete with visits from Santa and mulled wine. The Den screening room in the members club will also screen classic Christmas films for guests to enjoy in true Other House style. Other events, with tickets available to public, will include group activities including gingerbread house decorating and Christmas card and wrapping paper making, whilst new, seasonal menus and cocktails in The Other Kitchen and Owl & Monkey will complete the celebrations.
- Wellbeing: Winter Monthly Residencies
The Other Space, the wellbeing facilities at The Other House South Kensington offers the perfect respite from, and antidote to seasonal festivities. Designed to rejuvenate both body and mind during the busiest time of the year, the upcoming monthly residencies provide everything needed to stay radiant and energised.
In November, skincare experts Natura Bissé will be in house, offering facials to combat the effects of the cold weather, delivering deep hydration and a restorative glow. December will then see Body Brilliant welcomed into The Other Space, offering IV Infusions including energising NAD+ therapies to provide a powerful energy boost to help guests thrive through the winter months.
- Introducing Social Membership at The Club at The Other House
Just in time of the festive season, The Other House is delighted to introduce the new Social Membership for The Club at The Other House. Designed for those looking to elevate their evenings and weekends, the Social Membership is £950 per year (£80 per month), and members gain access to The Club's vibrant community, exclusive events, and discounted stays in Club Flats. This is the perfect way to make London living more connected and inspiring.
