November 2025…/ Following the momentum of the hugely successful 2025 edition of Synergy – The Retreat Show in Sardinia, the team is delighted to announce that the fifth annual show will take place in Istria, Croatia, from 29th September to 2nd October 2026, at the soon-to-open Pical Resort, Valamar Collection in Poreč.

This region, celebrated for its crystal-clear waters, pine-scented air, and restorative natural energy, provides the perfect setting for renewal and discovery. Inspired by the region's landscapes, the 2026 theme, “The Healing Power of Nature,” invites exploration, movement, and reconnection through the guiding ideas of adventure and freedom.

With a proven track record across Ibiza (2022), Mexico (2023), Bali (2024), and Sardinia (2025), Synergy has become a cornerstone of the global wellness travel calendar. The only trade show dedicated entirely to the wellness travel sector, it brings together around 300 carefully selected participants - including wellness experts, practitioners, instructors, coaches, travel designers, and luxury properties - for three immersive days of connection, collaboration, and creative exchange.

Across its editions, Synergy has welcomed some of the most respected voices in wellness travel and conscious living, including Don Miguel Ruiz Jr., Rodney Yee, Christopher Robbins, Kim Strother, Jasmine Hemsley, Charlotte Church, Laura Hof, Dr. Madan Kataria, Cat Kabira, and Luuk Melisse of We Are Sanctum - among many others. These thought leaders reflect the event's continued commitment to curating authentic voices who inspire meaningful transformation and redefine the future of wellness.

The 2026 Venue: Pical Resort

Opening in spring 2026 on Croatia's Istrian coast, Pical Resort, Valamar Collection in Poreč reimagines Mediterranean luxury through nature, heritage, and modern design. Set within the lush Parenzana beachfront park, the resort offers peaceful seclusion near Poreč's UNESCO-listed old town.

Inspired by the historic Parenzana railway, the resort celebrates connection through culture, cuisine, and experience. Guests can follow scenic walking and cycling trails, relax on a kilometre of serviced beaches, or restore balance at ESPA at Pical - ESPA's first signature spa in Croatia - a multi-sensory sanctuary offering bespoke programmes for detox, recovery, sleep, and longevity amidst the Adriatic's natural beauty.

Interactive and Experiential

Synergy remains a highly curated gathering designed around three transformative days of meaningful meetings, networking, and inspiration.
