AYANA Bali is proud to unveil the new dining concept for its beloved DAVA restaurant, an Argentine-inspired grill where premium cuts and line-caught seafood meet the artistry of the parrilla, a traditional Argentine open grill that enhances natural flavors with its signature smoky char. Reflecting the spirit of Argentina's asado (barbecue) culture, DAVA brings the artistry of grilled cooking to life through premium cuts, soulful flavors, and contemporary finesse. Located beside the AYANA Villas Lobby, the restaurant marks a sophisticated new chapter in the resort's diverse dining collection, offering sweeping ocean views and the warmth of South American and Balinese hospitality.

The menu at DAVA presents a modern interpretation of Latin-inspired cuisine, where premium ingredients meet refined technique. Highlights include Ceviche de Atún, featuring red tuna cured in a zesty lime and coconut leche de tigre with fresh mango and coriander for a bright, tropical lift; Hamachi Tiradito, a delicate Nikkei-style creation pairing thinly sliced hamachi with glazed sweet potato and a citrus–chili salsa; and Picanha Madurada en Café, a standout Wagyu rump cap dry-aged with coffee for a subtle roasted aroma and deep, earthy flavor. Each dish reflects DAVA's signature balance of smoke, spice, and sophistication—beautifully complemented by a curated selection of South American wines, handcrafted cocktails, and Bali's unforgettable sunsets.

By morning, DAVA transforms into an intimate dining venue for villa guests, serving an à la carte breakfast in a serene, ocean-view setting. Non-villa guests with breakfast inclusions are also invited to dine for an additional charge, offering a tranquil start to the day in one of AYANA Bali's most scenic venues.
