Events will be hosted from sunset until late at Sirru Fen Fushi's enchanting overwater Japanese restaurant KATA and relaxed, Balinese-style Onu Onu Beach Bar.

Colin Chia, The Nutmeg & Clove (Singapore)
With 30 years in the F&B industry, Colin holds a reputation as a champion for Asian bars and bartending around the world, famously founding and spearheading the Diageo World Class programme in Asia. Founder of restaurant & cocktail bar Nutmeg & Clove, Chia celebrates Singapore's history through Modern Singapore Cuisine and a progressive cocktail program, inspired by the island's evolution from colonial outpost to modern metropolis. Each serve tells a distinct story of Singapore's history, flavours and identity.
Hidetsugu Ueno, Bar High Five (Tokyo, Japan)
Ueno is renowned for his precision and artistry in ice sculpting skills and personalised cocktails. He opened Bar High Five in 2008 in Tokyo's Ginza district, which since earned itself a position the World's 50 Best Bars list. Ueno's influence extends far beyond the East, as he travels the world teaching masterclasses and workshops, inspiring new generations of professionals with his dedication, refined style, and unique approach.
