On 31 December, di Mare transforms into a stage of Venetian elegance for Venetian Dreams, a New Year's Eve masquerade gala that captures the essence of timeless glamour. The evening begins with a sunset cocktail reception on the terrace, where guests are greeted with a gentle hum of live jazz. As twilight deepens, the restaurant unveils a lavish multi-course Italian feast, artfully crafted to honour both tradition and innovation.

Throughout the night, guests are serenaded by opera performances and a live jazz ensemble, seamlessly blending sophistication with celebration. As midnight approaches, the tempo rises with international DJs setting the tone for a vibrant countdown. When the clock strikes twelve, the sky above Karma Kandara lights up in a spectacle of fireworks, reflected in the ocean below, a fitting finale to an evening steeped in elegance.

Every guest receives a hand-crafted Venetian mask, a token of the night's allure, symbolizing mystery, beauty, and new beginnings.
