Held from 25–27 October 2025 at the beachfront Ikan Restaurant, this special edition presents a cultural dining experience inspired by heritage, heart, and humanity.

Guided by Chef Raviel Sidik, Chef de Cuisine of Ikan, and Chef Lucky Lukman, Owner of Dailah Sajian Kontemporer, this edition unfolds a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights the region's soulful ingredients and traditional techniques—interpreted through a refined, contemporary lens. Each course tells a story of the islands' vibrant landscapes, aromatic spices, and time-honored culinary customs.
