“Bruxelles sur Scènes”: bringing the performing arts closer to the public

Visitbrussels

From 1 to 30 November, “Bruxelles sur Scènes”, a festival that's open to all, will be taking audiences on a journey of discovery through the local culture that brings the capital's city centre and neighbourhoods to life.

For the festival's ninth edition, 13 café-theatres will be participating and offering original performances.

The formula is simple: each venue offers its usual line-up, plus a few special treats to attract new audiences. The programme includes a multitude of shows combining music, comedy, theatre and more, featuring established artists alongside emerging talents, who are often the stars of tomorrow. All this, accompanied by a drink or a meal makes it a friendly and authentic way to discover the neighbourhood arts venues that make Brussels so rich.

A pass offering a month of discounts on culture

The COCOF and visit.brussels are once again joining forces to offer the public a special pass for the unbeatable price of €25. Pass holders (available for purchase online at www.bruxellessurscenes.be) will be able to enjoy no fewer than 13 shows (one per participating café-theatre). It's a wonderful opportunity to treat yourself to a cultural break while exploring the charm of Brussels' cultural venues, so often overlooked by the public.

The time has come to discover the cultural life that animates the capital's neighbourhoods. Discoveries and excitement guaranteed – welcome to “Bruxelles sur Scènes”!
