Now in its 12th edition, Stelliers follows a simple but powerful mission: to elevate every hotel professional – so they feel seen, valued, and inspired to lead. The 2025 Hoteliers of the Year embody this spirit; from rising stars and behind-the-scenes champions to seasoned leaders, the Awards shine a spotlight on the people whose passion and dedication continue to shape Asia's hospitality industry.
This year's edition attracted a record-breaking number of applications from hoteliers across 12 countries in Asia – including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam – underscoring the broad reach and growing prestige of Stelliers as a leading hotelier recognition platform.
Winners were selected through a rigorous evaluation process led by a distinguished Judging Panel of industry leaders and global executives, including:
- Simon Kahn, Chief Marketing Officer at Google APAC
- Jennifer Cronin, Interim Chief Executive Officer at The Star Gold Coast
- Mark De Cocinis, Former CEO at Boutique Group
- Bernhard Bohnenberger, Co-Founder & CEO at Discover Collection
- Yona He, Head of Asset Management & Owner Relations, JAPAC at Oracle

- 21 winners recognised across 21 award categories, spanning every department of hotel operations.
- A prestigious black-tie Awards Ceremony at Capella Bangkok, attended by more than 200 hospitality leaders and VIP guests.
- A celebration of both rising stars and established leaders, reflecting the depth and diversity of Asia's hospitality talent from across the region.
- The evening concluded with an after party at Le Du Kaan, offering winners and guests the chance to celebrate together in style high above Bangkok.

This year, Stelliers Asia 2025 was presented by NORDAQ, reinforcing a shared commitment to innovation and sustainability in hospitality.
