To the delight of fans up and down the country, café bar operator Loungers, which runs 263 Lounges has launched a passport loyalty scheme, allowing Lounge devotees to unlock exclusive rewards, treats and 'money can't buy' gifts.
Customers with the passport, which costs £3 to buy, with 100% of the purchase price going to local charities, can collect a unique sticker at each Lounge they visit, which can be redeemed for rewards when various milestones are reached – for example, a hot drink for three stickers, a cocktail or mocktail for five, a tapas board and a drink for 15 and two puddings and two rounds of drinks for 20.
There are also prizes for 25, 35, 50, 75, 100 and 150 stickers and extra special rewards for those collecting even more. Super special, ultra-rare golden stickers, only available at milestone openings, will also be available to collect. Each Lounge has a personalised sticker designed to reflect its name or location.
Loungers has launched the passport partly in response to customers wanting to track how many different sites they had visited. Kate Eastwood, Lounge managing director says: “The passports are all about evoking a fun sense of adventure and exploration and a way we can reward our brilliant customers for visiting our Lounges across the country.
“Once they've bought a passport for £3, with all proceeds going to that Lounge's local charity partner, they'll receive a unique sticker at every Lounge they visit. The more stickers they collect, the more exciting the rewards get, with some amazing treats and surprises for the high hitters!
There are also special rewards on offer for anyone who manages to complete the entire passport, full of stickers from all 263 Lounges in England and Wales. Customers can also collect stickers from the four Brightside Roadside diners, part of the Loungers family, found in Devon, Cornwall and Rutland.
