The public are being asked to vote for the best event or festival in the region as part of the Suffolk and Norfolk Tourism Awards 2026.
The awards, organised by Visit East of England which runs the Suffolk and Norfolk Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP), are the annual celebration of all that's great about the visitor economy in the two counties.
There are nine finalists for the Best Event/Festival of the Year Award:
- Norwich Science Festival
- Wild Paths Festival
- First Light Festival
- Out There Festival
- Al Fresco at Yalm
- Aldeburgh Food and Drink Festival
- Weird and Wonderful Wood
- Norwich Wine Week
- NOR-Con Comic Con
Public voting for this new category opens on Monday 22nd September at 9am and run until Sunday 5th October at midnight.
The public can vote here.
The winning event or festival will be announced at a live awards ceremony on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at The Corn Hall, Diss, Norfolk.
The awards evening highlights excellence in the tourism sector, celebrates some of our best businesses and workers, and raises the profile of the region's largest sector and biggest employer.
