Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites by Hilton
This dual-brand $14 million property will break ground in October on a former restaurant site at
W. State Highway 114 and State Highway 121. This five-story hotel will include 201 rooms, two flexible outdoor areas and a premium dining and beverage experience ideal for group functions. The expected completion date is the first quarter of 2027.
AC Hotel by Marriott at Silverlake
Newcrest Image is bringing a 5-story, 200 room hotel near Grapevine Mills at State Highway 26. It will feature outdoor space, a full-service restaurant, 7,000 square feet of event space, six meeting rooms and more. Scheduled to open in early 2029, the development will offer flexible options for meetings and corporate stays.
EXPANSION AND RENOVATION PROJECTS:
Hotel Vin
An expansion of the boutique Hotel Vin on Grapevine's Historic Main Street is underway and expected to be complete by late 2026. The project adds 121 guest rooms, a spa, outdoor pool and a private event space accommodating up to 300 people. The new 5,000-square-foot meeting and event space ensures the hotel remains a go-to destination for both visitors and locals.
Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine
Great Wolf Lodge recently completed a major renovation and expansion. New attractions include Laser Trail, Ten Paw Alley mini bowling, an expanded arcade, a new MagiQuest adventure and virtual reality gaming. The family-friendly resorts dining options have been enhanced, the grand lobby redesigned and guest amenities refreshed, ensuring a top-tier experience for fun-filled meetings and events.
Grand Hyatt DFW Airport
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the Grand Hyatt DFW Airport announced a $34 million full-property transformation that began in July 2025. Renovations include increasing guestroom count from 298 to 315, state-of-the-art technology upgrades, expanded event space, a reimagined Grand Met restaurant and a new rooftop indoor/outdoor venue overlooking the runway. Expected competition is end of 2025.
