About Kathryn McCusker:
Kathryn McCusker has been teaching Kundalini yoga, meditation and sound healing globally for over 25 years. Her experience as a professional opera singer for over 20 years informs her approach to vocal empowerment and conscious breathwork which she explores when teaching workshops and retreats.
She is also the founder of KALM WELLBEING, an online platform supporting women through yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing and she is the author of Everyday Kundalini. Her work has featured in The Guardian, Women's Health, and on BBC Sounds' Music and Meditation Podcast.
