QT Singapore Celebrates SG60 With A Feast of Flavour, Fun, And National Pride

QT Hotels & Resorts

Singapore, 7 July 2025 – This August, QT Singapore marks the nation's milestone diamond jubilee in true QT style: a little cheeky, proudly local, and steeped in stories. From a soulful Tok Panjang dining experience at Cygnet by Sean Connolly, to locally inspired cocktails at Cygnet Bar, and over-the-top perks for folks born on National Day, SG60 at QT promises to be a standout celebration on the city's social calendar.

Butterfly Table by Tiap Tiap x Cygnet by Sean Connolly

Across six special evenings in August, Cygnet by Sean Connolly welcomes Butterfly Table by Tiap Tiap – a mother-daughter duo known for turning their family feasts into legendary dining experiences. What began as humble weekend gatherings in their home, filled with sambal scents and generous second helpings, now takes elegant flight at QT. Priced at $148++ per person (minimum four guests per set), the communal dining experience is a heartfelt tribute to the matriarchs who passed on their recipes through the generations.

Available on 17, 24 and 31 August from 7pm, this Tok Panjang-style menu celebrates the depth and richness of Peranakan heritage through thoughtfully crafted dishes. The experience begins with handmade Fish Keropok and a fun DIY Kueh Pie Tee, before moving into Roti Bakar Ikan and Fuchow Fishballs. At the heart of the table lies a vibrant, rainbow-hued Nasi Ulam, made with the freshest organic herbs and edible blooms. The rice pairs beautifully with the richly spiced Nyonya Curry Chicken and the Buah Keluak Pork Ribs, which are lovingly prepared over two days.

Other highlights include Assam Pedas with fresh fi sh in tangy tamarind broth, Telur Belanda simmered in a sweet-savoury caramelised bean paste, and the spicy sambal Stir Fried Okra & Brinjal. For those keen to add a touch of indulgence, a 30g serving of Sturion caviar is available for $88; best enjoyed with keropok or in the kueh pie tee. For more information, please visit this link.

Cygnet Bar

The festivities continue at Cygnet Bar, where four inventive cocktails draw inspiration from the neighbouring Lau Pa Sat, reinterpreting Singapore's beloved hawker flavours.

The Kopi & Kaya is a smooth blend of rum, coffee liqueur, coconut and house-made gula melaka, with just the right citrusy lift. Satay channels the satay street at Lau Pa Sat with peanut butter-washed gin, lemongrass, pineapple, coconut cream and Cygnet's signature spice mix. The Biryani Martini is for those who love a savoury drink, featuring gin, house masala vermouth, saffron oil and bitters. For something crisp and unexpected, the Char Siu Highball is built with Cognac, char siu cordial, soda and a dash of sesame oil.

Throughout the month, all four cocktails are priced at just $10 during Cygnet Hour from 4pm to 7pm. On National Day itself, guests can celebrate with these cocktails for $9 all day long. Those looking to immortalise their SG60 moment on 9 August 2025 can even get a flash tattoo when they order four cocktails, courtesy of local artist Daphne Flowers from Peony Pink Tattoos.
