Beefbar Pop-up in Provence at La Bastide de Gordes

This summer, Airelles is turning up the heat in Provence with the launch of an exclusive Beefbar pop-up at La Bastide de Gordes – the 16th century hilltop hideaway with panoramic views over the Luberon Valley. Lighter options include ceviche, crab tacos and vibrant seasonal salads, with sides like truffle fries and Padrón peppers stealing the show. Dessert does not hold back either; the signature Gelato Mantecato and an exotic white chocolate burnt cheesecake round things off in sweet style.

With just 40 seats per service and two evening seatings nightly, it's an unmissable summer highlight for food lovers, whether staying at the hotel or visiting from further afield. A selection of Beefbar dishes will also be available poolside by day, for those wanting to graze in the sun.
