For two incendiary evenings on 11–12 July 2025, Chef Charly Pretet of Australia's Terra Firma Dining will take over Ikan, transforming the venue into a stage of wild flame, woodsmoke, and sensory indulgence. “Fireside and Beach Vibes: Cooking Without Boundaries” is more than just a dinner—it's an elemental celebration of food, fire, and connection.

A French-born chef turned open-fire maestro, Charly Pretet brings his acclaimed Sunshine Coast-based concept Terra Firma Dining to Bali for the first time.
