To celebrate the launch of Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park's brand-new Grab & Go Station, the five-star hotel is giving away 500 FREE honey soaked Cronuts on Thursday June 26!

Crafted by Head Pastry Chef and 2024 Associate of the Year, Julie Hoang, the exclusive cronut features golden, flaky layers filled with Chantilly cream and topped with toasted pistachio. The donut itself is soaked in a luscious orange blosso honey syrup made using honey harvested straight from the hotel's own rooftop hives.

Located five levels above the busy city streets, the Sheraton's rooftop is home to over 120,000 bees, housed in sustainably sourced timber hives. With Hyde Park as their floral playground and a roaming radius of 5km, the bees produce between 400-450 kilograms of honey each year, contributing to the hotel's sustainability goals.

The giveaway marks the arrival of the hotel's new street-level offering designed for Sydneysiders on the move. Conveniently located at the Elizabeth Street entrance, the station will also serve barista-made coffee, fresh-baked pastries like crombolonis filled with silk ganache, specialty crafted eclairs, and classic breakfast staples and celebration cakes. Operating daily, the Grab & Go Station is designed with busy corporates and hotel guests in mind, offering quick, high quality pick-me-ups in the heart of the CBD.
