Brisbane, QLD 04 JUNE 2025 – Lennons Restaurant & Bar unveils an indulgent Winter High Tea experience, Chocolate Winter Treasures, using Lindt Chocolate, served every Saturday and Sunday starting 7 June to 31 August, 2025. Starting from just $65 per person.
“Who doesn’t love chocolate?! From our melting Luxe Warm Chocolate Pudding, made with Lindt, to every item on our Winter Treasures High Tea menu is designed to spark the inner Child! It’s time to have some fun and blend a bit of nostalgia with something elevated—combining the rich indulgence of Lindt chocolate and Aussie Ingredients,” says Executive Chef Fuji.
The menu is inspired by the classic flavours of white, milk and dark Lindt chocolate, coupled with a selection of savory finger sandwiches, and winter mushroom soup veloute.
Save the date and add to your diary Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July, as we celebrate World Chocolate Day (Monday 7 July). Every guest enjoying High Tea this weekend will receive a take home Lindt Chocolate treat.

About Chef Fuji Taukatelata
Fuji Taukatelata’s path to the kitchen wasn’t conventional. Instead of pursuing a career in criminology, she embarked on an apprenticeship in hospitality following a 35-hour placement at Campbelltown Catholic Club. Eighteen years later, what began as curiosity has blossomed into a deep passion—fueled by memories of her mother’s cooking and strengthened by the lessons learned, the connections made, and the profound sense of purpose she’s found in bringing people together through food.
Driven to challenge herself and break into the hatted restaurant scene, Fuji immersed herself in Sydney’s vibrant culinary landscape, seeking mentorship from iconic chefs like Nino Zocalli, Martin Boetz, Kylie Kwong, Peter Gilmore, and Christine Manfield. Their guidance helped her refine her technique and embrace the art of storytelling through food—skills that earned her prestigious accolades, including the Taste of Success in 2012 and the Aqua Dining Scholarship in 2013.
These accomplishments opened the door to a transformative opportunity in London, where she trained at the Michelin-starred The Ledbury under Chef Brett Graham.
In 2018, Fuji joined Park Hyatt Sydney as Sous Chef. Over the next five years, she worked her way up to Executive Sous Chef, playing a pivotal role in collaborating with acclaimed chef James Viles to bring Dining by James Viles, the hotel’s hatted restaurant concept, to life.
