Lisbon to Host EuroPride 2025

Turismo de Lisboa

Vibrant and inclusive Lisbon is set to take centre stage next month as it welcomes EuroPride 2025 as a first time host, a landmark international event celebrating LGBTQIA+ rights, diversity and equality. From 14 to 22 June, the nine-day celebration will transform the destination into a beacon of love, freedom and unity.

As one of Europe's most LGBTQIA+-friendly destinations, Lisbon continues to affirm its commitment to inclusivity, with over 50 events planned across eight of its most iconic locations, including Praça do Comércio, Avenida da Liberdade and Cinema São Jorge. From thought-provoking talks and high-energy concerts to workshops, sporting events and vibrant street festivities, EuroPride 2025 is expected to draw thousands of visitors from around the globe.

Key highlights of EuroPride Lisbon 2025 include:

  • Human Rights Conference: June 19 and June 20

Held at Cinema São Jorge, this two-day conference will bring together activists, leaders and allies to champion LGBTQIA+ rights and promote meaningful dialogue on global human rights.

  • EuroPride March: June 21

The heart of the festival, the EuroPride March will weave its way from the Saldanha neighbourhood to Terreiro do Paço, passing through some of Lisbon's most emblematic locations - a celebration of solidarity, pride and visibility.

  • Main Stage at Praça do Comércio

Throughout the nine days, Praça do Comércio will be home to a 36,000-square-metre stage. The programme includes live music, performances and shows, alongside a vibrant food village.
