The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is thrilled to announce its partnership with Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic musical CATS for its 40th Anniversary, returning to Sydney from 17 June to 6 September 2025.
This extraordinary collaboration offers a perfect Winter warmer for Sydneysiders and visitors, especially those looking for something special to entertain the whole family during the upcoming winter school holidays. It’s an unforgettable fusion of theatre, luxury, and culinary artistry in the heart of the city.

Inspired by the elegance and enchantment of the musical, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney will debut a bespoke curated CATS Afternoon Tea featuring treats like the Jellicle Moon panna cotta with silver champagne jelly, Mischievous Rumpleteazer orange chocolate sponge, Old Deuteronomy’s Delicacy liver p'té on brioche, and the charming Skimbleshanks' Railway Scones. Each item is a nod to a character from the beloved musical, served daily at The Bar. In addition, there will be a special CATS themed cocktail featuring Melon & Lychee Margarita.
