50 Degrees North is excited to announce the launch of its exclusive 'Women's Wellness Retreat in Finland', a 7-day wellness escape that begins on International Women's Day, March 8, 2026. Set in the peaceful surroundings of Finnish Lapland, this intimate retreat offers women a unique opportunity for self-care, relaxation, and unique Arctic adventures.

Located in the serene Ruka region at the House of Northern Senses, guests will experience a unique combination of yoga, mindfulness, and Arctic adventures, including reindeer yoga, sauna yoga, ice floating, snowshoeing, husky safaris, and opportunities to see the Northern Lights. Yoga sessions will be led by the renowned Norwegian yoga instructor and author Hege Norman-Stormbringer.
