Chef Fuji Taukatelata, latest creation allows guests to indulge in a succulent lobster roll and zesty cocktail sauce in a toasted buttery brioche bun. Our Bar team's ultimate recommendation, savoured best with a Classic Martini (vodka or gin, olive or lemon twist – your call), for a tasteful pairing.
