Visit Greenwich

Get ready to step into your starring role. Visit Greenwich, in partnership with City Cruises, is proud to launch “Greenwich: An Unmissable Time”, a new destination campaign that brings cinematic inspiration to real-life adventure. The campaign kicks off with a red-carpet celebration at the Old Royal Naval College, the UK's most filmed heritage site, as it marks 100 years of filming in 2025 with a brand-new tour and packed programme of special events. Join us on Wednesday 7 May and be part of the story.

The campaign invites visitors to live out their own Greenwich story, on and beyond the screen. At the centre of the launch is the immersive “Step Onto Set” Doorway Activation, giving guests the chance to physically walk through a stylised set door into the world of #GreenwichTime.

Taking cues from VisitBritain's #StarringGREATBritain, the campaign draws on film tropes to create reels, itineraries and real-life experiences across Greenwich - from riverside romance to dramatic markets, thrilling museums and happily ever after green escapes.

🎬 “This campaign flips the script: it's not just about where movies were filmed - it's about why you should star in your own Greenwich story.” - Visit Greenwich
