ANA InterContinental Tokyo: "Icon Reborn"
In February 2025, ANA InterContinental Tokyo completed a 15-month renovation, introducing 801 revitalised rooms and new dining and social concepts. Redesigned guestrooms blend Japanese craftsmanship with modern elegance, inspired by origami and the idea of "unfolding Tokyo." Dining and social area highlights include the elevated MIXX Bar & Lounge, the two-floor Club InterContinental Lounge with city views, and refreshed venues like Genever Lobby Bar, Cascade Cafe, and Atrium Lounge—each showcasing Japan's rich traditions. This transformation marks the beginning of the next chapter in the property's over 35-year legacy, further cementing InterContinental's reputation as a leader of luxury hospitality. Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo: A Peaceful Oasis Reimagined
Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo concluded its renovation in March 2025, enhancing its Premium Floor Midori with 42 reimagined. The design theme of "green," evokes images of sunlight filtering through the trees and waterscapes of a garden, using soft colours and lantern-style lighting. Hyatt Regency Tokyo: Embracing Modernity
Scheduled for completion by June 30, 2025, Hyatt Regency Tokyo is undergoing its most extensive transformation in 44 years. Located in the heart of the Nishi-Shinjuku business district, the hotel is infusing a sense of modernity and contemporary style into the majority of its 712 guestrooms and many of its expansive public spaces. Whilst the lobby area will be updated the renowned spectacular chandeliers approximately 115,000 Swarovski® crystals will remain. Park Hyatt Tokyo: A Visionary Renewal
Park Hyatt Tokyo, renowned for its understated luxury, is set to reopen in October 2025 after a comprehensive 17-month restoration. The extensive works will refresh the hotel's public spaces, event areas, restaurants and bars, while upgrading its infrastructure and improving guest comfort. Park Hyatt Tokyo will reduce its rooms and suites from 177 to 171, adding a new suite category. The iconic New York Grill & Bar on the 52nd floor and Japanese restaurant Kozue will be restored to their original designs. Commissioned to lead the transformation, Paris-based design studio Jouin Manku aims to enhance the hotel's timeless elegance while introducing innovative design elements. Imperial Hotel Tokyo: A Legacy in the Making
The Imperial Hotel Tokyo is undergoing a significant transformation, with the Tokyo Cross Park Vision development project slated for completion by 2036.
