This exclusive dinner honours South Africa's rich culinary heritage with a curated menu inspired by indigenous and traditional ingredients, thoughtfully sourced through African Foodways – an organisation dedicated to preserving and celebrating the continent's food culture.

Each course is paired with exceptional wines from Leeu Passant, renowned for crafting expressive, site-driven wines that reflect the Cape's distinctive terroir, under the guidance of acclaimed winemakers Chris and Andrea Mullineux.
