Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with a new exquisite creation from the award-winning Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant. Making its debut this year is the Dried Oyster & Conpoy Dumpling 瑶柱蚝豉熏鸭粽 ($28.80, 600g), a meticulously handcrafted masterpiece that embodies the artistry of Cantonese cuisine and the time-honoured traditions of the festival.

Wrapped in premium glutinous rice, this dumpling boasts a rich medley of flavours and textures; From the succulent Smoked Duck and Japanese Conpoy to the delightful crunch of Chestnuts and Lotus Seed, each bite is an experience, offering the skillful balance of umami and subtle sweetness.
